Redfern/Waterloo Housing Affordability Fund Studies
Project management of work in accordance with performance milestones under the Commonwealth Housing Affordability Fund program, to lay the ground work for the development of a Preliminary Master Plan for these 30 hectare precincts in inner Sydney. Work included options analysis, planning control formulation, feasibility assessment, preparation of work and project plans, coordination of work with internal departmental teams, negotiation with City Council, development of concept plan vision and support for community engagement work.
Redfern Waterloo Built Environment Plan Investigations
Project management of Housing NSW input to the Built Environment Plan including options analysis, planning control formulation, feasibility assessment and support for community engagement work
Policy and Planning Team Management
Development of systems and templates to improve workplace efficiencies for dealing with planning matters, for a major State Government agency.
National Tax Reform Symposium
Coordination of symposium, support to the Chair, speakers and panellists, for the Consumers’ Federation of Australia.
National Affordable Housing Summit (comprising HIA, ACTU, ACOSS and the National Housing Alliance)
Key coordination role in the 2006 National Affordable Housing Forum, the 2005 National Housing Summit and the group’s overall activities including management of background research, coordination of speakers, sponsor and media liaison, Summit Program development and coordination of venue and technical systems.

Project management of policy framework for the award-winning Integrated Housing System Project, a major IT system reform to the public housing allocation process
